1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at whatupdough.pizza or booking catering services provided by Andy Rogers' Pizzeria LLC ("Business"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Andy Rogers' Pizzeria LLC provides mobile wood-fired pizza truck catering and event pop-up services for private parties, weddings, corporate events, craft breweries, wineries, campgrounds, and festivals.

Service availability varies based on event date, venue location, equipment logistics, and schedule capacity. The Business reserves the right to decline booking requests at its sole discretion.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• Confirmations: Event bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or written catering agreement signed by Andy Rogers.
• Payment Terms: Final balances and headcounts must be settled according to the payment schedule agreed upon during booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit retention and cancellation refund eligibility depend on the notice timeframe provided prior to the event date, as detailed in your catering contract.
• Travel Fees: Travel fees or minimum order commitments may apply for event locations situated outside our primary service areas (Lehigh Valley, Slate Belt, and Poconos).

4. Menu & Food Safety

Menu items and ingredients are subject to change based on seasonal availability and market conditions. Andy Rogers' Pizzeria LLC strictly complies with all applicable Commonwealth of Pennsylvania health department regulations and mobile food facility standards.

Allergen Notice: Allergen information is available upon request. While we take care to manage ingredients, our mobile kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and garlic, and we are not liable for undisclosed guest allergies.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, text, photography, graphic designs, and website content are the exclusive property of Andy Rogers' Pizzeria LLC. Unauthorizing copying, scraping, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Andy Rogers' Pizzeria LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or catering services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific event in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
