Peak weekend dates during spring, summer, and autumn fill up months in advance. We recommend calling Andy as soon as you have a tentative date.

What space or power requirements do you need?

Our rig is completely self-contained with onboard wood fire and preparation equipment. We only require flat level parking space for our truck/trailer setup.

What if it rains on the day of my event?

Our wood-fired oven trailer operates rain or shine under protected canopy space.

How do guests get their pizza?

We can provide continuous buffet-style box/tray service or serve made-to-order personal pies directly from the truck window depending on your party preferences.
